You may have attempted to login to your website and experienced this message:
ERROR: Access from your IP address has been blocked for security reasons. Please contact the administrator.
This IP address lockout will automatically reset after 60 minutes, so please wait for this period and try again. The website is setup to accept a maximum of 3 login attempts before locking your IP address, and it automatically expires after 60 minutes.
To update your password. (after the lockout has expired)
Click the "lost your password?" link at the bottom of your login page, enter your username or email address and answer the security question where applicable. You will then be emailed a special link (which may take up to 10 minutes) which will enable you to enter a new password.
